Touch that can heal

In times of loneliness, and in great needs, sometimes when your happy and excited. Hugging, Kissing and touching expresses all the feelings inside. It makes your mood lighter. The more touches you give or receive, the better you feel. Touching is all we need to have a healthy life.



Hugging, patting or massaging gives us various benefits. A half-hour massage can boost our immune system. It also lessen stress. It makes you feel calm, relax and happy. It also add comfort.



Do you know that women appreciated touches more that man's do? Our skin is more sensitive than theirs. We appreciated it very well because we experience a higher degree of stress. Comfort is one of the effects of touching and is very powerful and necessary.



How are we going to give free hugs and love?

When was the right time to do it?



If you feel a friend is stressed or restless. A good hug is a quick, anti-stress remedy. Walk arm and arm with a friend. A gentle touch on his or her arm or hand during conversation may ease the tension. If this person learn to trust you, the small touch you gave can go along way in making this person's day.



Give your husband or partner a rub on his/her back for 30 minutes, and then insist on receiving one in turn. If you have time to do this occasionally before sleeping ,the benefits are long lasting.



The smallest action you can give to your love one is hug. No words can express the feelings of being hug and kissed.
