A Beautiful You

The Natural You
Embrace the fact that You are You. Realize that no one else in this world is like you, and that you are unique and it is the most wonderful thing. Look at yourself without any makeup, without dressing on an occassion. Look at yourself with no embelishments just a natural you. Then smile at yourself. Brush your teeth, then your hair. Spend a good time looking at yourself, then think of yourself. Do not put space on what others might think of you. NO!NO!NO!.

What do you see?

The answer on that will vary based on attitude and self perception. Keep it positive. You are worth of all your positive thoughts. Remember all the possitive things that you have noticed. And then the things you have noticed negatively start throwing it away. Then start FRESH.



Natural is essentials. BARE it. It is extremely important and worth the investment. Meaning your hygienic routine. It means taking care of the natural you. Relishing it. Relaxing in it. Smile. Sing. Give yourself the time of day because you are worth it. Every single moment and second of your life.



Be FRESH. Pamper yourself and take your time to take care of you and the products what ever it is you are using. Spend 20 minutes a day focusing on just you. You don't need a spa...or luxurious parlor to enjoy its many pleasures.



You communicate using your mouth everyday. So by all means take care of it. It speaks wonders about you.



If you need to replace your toothbrush, do it. so it does it's job and does it well. And pamper yourself with a new tooth brush everymonth. Go ahead. It is okay. You can replace it with a cheaper brush since you are replacing it frequently it will work just as well. People will notice the difference and chances of you smiling even more.



Spend time with it. A strong friendship between your toothbrush and your mouth. Take care of each tooth, your gums, and your tongue. Odd and funny to many, but to me. I love spending a minimum of five minutes at each brushing. That's right. And believe me, it's well worth it.



This is a song I teach with my grade Six students. It goes like this....



Smile is something that you give it away

and It comesright back to you.

hold it tight and you won't get any

spend it, lend it give it away

and it comes right back to you



A wonderful smile with those nice teeth and healthy gums...sure just imagine of tasting it. Don't you think?

I feel sexy with it. Hope it will do some magic tricks on you...HA!HA!HA!

A Poem to Tell

This isn't goodbye
Because I will see you online
If you need to talk to me
Just buzz me and I will be around

I don't know what to think and write
I've got no idea running through my mind
Because you're not on my side
and it makes me lonely and sad

You inspired me to write
To make a good poems about life
About feeling for someone that I love and desire
and I treasure that in my heart

Now that you are gone
Everything is different now
My mind is blank and
Wondering what you're doing now

I have pen and paper in my hand
But my mind thinks of you many times
And every time I close my eyes
It's your voice that I can hear inside

I don't know where to start
I don't know if this feeling leads me right
But I will hold what I have in my heart
because you are special person in my life

I know that you're away from me now
I won't be able to hear from you around
and I won't be that close to your side
Every time that I wish

But I am still hoping that one day

A vegetable garden for you kitchen

Growing vegetables in your kitchen is like producing some of your own food. It also reducing the food miles of your kitchen supplies. For the city slickers there are lots of things to learn and it is a bit steep and rocky. And sometimes you may find it frustrating. But if you have enough time to spare to make it success. it can fit in around your other activities.

The cool things about growing some of these greens is that it is very relaxing and absorbing hubby.

Working with soil inside your kitchen and growing things time seems to slow down. Your minds tend to slow down too and when your thought is peaceful and calm its a good interlude in an otherwise busy day.

If you have insufficient space or unsuitable area, consider raising fresh, nutritious, homegrown vegetables in containers. A window sill, a patio, a balcony or a doorstep will provide sufficient space for a productive mini-garden.If your thinking about the soilborne diseases, nematodes or poor soil conditions, it can be easily overcome by switching to a container garden. Container vegetable gardening is a sure way to introduce children to the joys and rewards of vegetable gardening.

Smiles will surely hit the floorboard upon seeing carrots, onions, leaf lettuce, parsely,pepper, tomato ready to be cropped and eaten

Share your weaknesses

Sharing our weaknesses is a very hard task. Because sometimes we don't want others to recognize our flaws.



Probably the most effective way of making your flaws a stronger unit is be straightforward about it.

but without becoming "off-putting". Be honest enough to accept it. that sometimes we struggle with certain things. And then for sure you will see the strength that you bellieves offsets that weakness.



If others pressing your weaknesses and go further with the issue don't appear offended, everyone has weaknesses so there is no use lying..

Easy to Digest

Discussion If you have difficulty digesting food. or you want to rest your tummy in digesting too much here are some food you may try.

clear soup, dry toast, apple sauce, unsalted crackers, gelatin, cereal, seedless fruits, grape juice, apple juice, herbal tea.yoghurt,whole grain bread,raw vegetables,



set your table in a relaxed atmosphere so you can eat calmly. The best way to eat is to chew your food slowly and well. Good digestion begins in the mouth. If you can do the after 6 o'clock diet, meaning you don't eat anymore after 6pm, drink plenty of water or juices if you feel hungry. Or perhaps don't eat within 3 hours of bedtime.



Am not telling that you will eat only the food i suggested. Nope. Am just telling that these are examples of food that are easy to digest. So put it on your meal for sometimes.

Lovely music,
we all want to look as young as possible, as sweet as possible for as long as possible. But the more we want it, the more it seems to elude us. Aging is a natural process. Growing old is a big deal in each of us, No. 1 reason is that we changes physically, Lucky for those who look younger than their age. The best way to atleast lessen that bulging age to fit your looks is....
1. Exercise....to look and feel young as one tone their body with regular exercises. If you are not the gym type, or a sport type then a long walk every day is terrific. Besides it doesn't just benifits your looks but it loads of good things as well.
2. Begin eating healthy food. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and other nutritious food. It will not harm you instead it wii give your health a boost and make you skin glowing and not dry.
3. Be aware of your weight. Looking slim and sexy no matter how old you are makes you look younger. And if you feel good about yourself, the natural feeling is younger too.
4. Be cheerful and happy. Smiling lightens up your face and give way to your eyes. And most of all be content. The key to happiness is contentment. Vanity destroys not only your mind but everything about you inside and out.
5. Boost yourself with proper hygiene. From Head to Toe. And wear something that is absolutely you.
6. Study or learn. Keep your mind at work but not to stress yourself. Educatin is a continuing process. It makes your mind quick and wise. Knowing what is happening around us is a minor knowledge. But it will give us everyday news which enhances our memory. Remember knowledge is a power.
7. Remember that in each and everyone of us there is a child inside. So be active. Never let your age becomes a factor why you cannot do the things you want to do. Age must not discourage you. Last Jan. 31, 2010, I joined 3km. run on a marathon. And i enjoyed every minute of it. The run is for free College Education. I also have a friend who is 49 years old who go back to school. I myself is applying for scholarship grants for postgraduate study. I wish someone will help me with this. You might never know what lies ahead. For as long as your determination never fails you. Do it.....
8. Be trendy. If you are aware of the new technology that surrounds you keep up with it. See how interesting it gets when you know them.
9. Be positive. Stress gives a lot of numbers on your age. Don't make the problems a problem. It is a problem we can't avoid them. The best way to handle it is to face it and solve. Stress makes you look older than you really are, so avoid it at all costs.
10. And as the song goes....stay as sweet as you are...Never change the things that you already have. Instead enhance it.
