Easy to Digest

Discussion If you have difficulty digesting food. or you want to rest your tummy in digesting too much here are some food you may try.

clear soup, dry toast, apple sauce, unsalted crackers, gelatin, cereal, seedless fruits, grape juice, apple juice, herbal tea.yoghurt,whole grain bread,raw vegetables,



set your table in a relaxed atmosphere so you can eat calmly. The best way to eat is to chew your food slowly and well. Good digestion begins in the mouth. If you can do the after 6 o'clock diet, meaning you don't eat anymore after 6pm, drink plenty of water or juices if you feel hungry. Or perhaps don't eat within 3 hours of bedtime.



Am not telling that you will eat only the food i suggested. Nope. Am just telling that these are examples of food that are easy to digest. So put it on your meal for sometimes.

  1. Excellent ! Simple, straight-forward ! We should remember from time to time that simple things we do wrong do later huge damage to us !
